Boring on purpose. Hiring on purpose.
A small team building deterministic infrastructure for regulated call teams. No dialer tricks, no AI theater: queues, policies, and a record you can audit.
Four rules, applied to ourselves.
Evidence over optimism
We decide from the ledger and the sandbox, not the pipeline meeting. Demos show real density; roadmaps do not promise features.
Fail closed
When scope, identity, or a provider outcome is ambiguous, the system stops and asks. We prefer that to being clever.
Keep the stack
Our customers keep their telephony, CRM, and EHR. Our job is the layer between them, and the connectors that make it hold.
Write it down
Configuration is versioned, decisions are journaled, and onboarding ends with a document the customer can read.

We do not list roles we are not actively hiring for. If the work above sounds like yours, tell us what you would build; we read every note.
See what we build.
The fastest way to understand the work is to watch the workspace run against a real stack.
