Purpose
DialSplice is priced per organization and sized by seats and connected systems. This policy keeps that model fair for every customer sharing the platform.
Normal use
Agents working queues within their licensed seats, managers reviewing the desk, notifications at the volume your policy configures, and exports of your own content-free facts are all normal use.
Outside normal use
Sharing a seat between people, scripting the workspace to emulate predictive or power dialing, scraping connected systems through DialSplice, or disabling consent, quiet-hours, or attempt-cap policy is outside normal use.
Connector traffic
Connectors respect the rate limits of your providers. Sustained traffic that threatens a provider limit is throttled and reported to your administrators rather than allowed to fail silently.
What happens
If use falls outside this policy we tell your administrators first, propose a fix or a resize, and only restrict access if the behaviour continues or creates risk for other customers.
