Scope
This policy covers dialsplice.ai and the DialSplice service. For medical customers, a Business Associate Agreement adds to it and controls where the two differ.
On the website
DialSplice is the controller for data collected on this website. We collect what you type into our forms (name, work email, organization, the systems you run), which goes to our CRM so we can reply, and the essential cookies described in the Cookie Notice. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising (Meta Pixel) cookies run only with your consent and receive page and event data, never form contents. We do not sell this information.
Inside the service
DialSplice stores work items, scope, timestamps, dispositions, event hashes, and operational telemetry. Contact identity and history are read from your CRM and system of record under your scopes and are not copied into the ledger.
What we never hold
Recordings, transcripts, and message bodies from the telephony adapter are never returned to DialSplice. Provider credentials never reach the browser.
How we use it
To run the service for your organization, to support you, to secure the platform, and to send you the information you asked for. Notifications are content-minimal by design.
Subprocessors
Hosting providers and the connectors you enable act on your organization's behalf. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
Retention and deletion
Service data is retained for the life of your agreement and returned or deleted on termination, subject to the audit ledger obligations in your order. Website form data is retained only as long as needed to respond.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask for deletion through the contact page. Where DialSplice acts as a processor, we route requests to your organization.
Security
Tenant and location isolation on every request, server-side credentials, content-minimal logging, and a hash-chained audit ledger. The Security page describes the mechanisms in detail.
