Purpose
The program lets telephony, CRM, system-of-record, data-platform, messaging, and notification vendors be connected to DialSplice and listed on the Integrations page.
Eligibility
Partners expose a documented API with per-tenant credentials and a sandbox or test environment suitable for synthetic data.
Partner obligations
Provide API access for discovery and build, notify us of breaking API changes in advance, and support server-side credential flows; browser-side tokens are not accepted.
Data handling
Data moves under the customer's scope and instructions. DialSplice returns no recordings, transcripts, or message bodies, and the partner receives only what the customer's configuration sends.
Listing and branding
A listing names the partner, its category, and its status: supported, connecting, or built on request. Partner marks are used with permission and per the partner's brand guidelines.
Referrals
Partners who refer customers may join the Referral Program under its own terms; the two programs are independent.
Term
Either party may end the program relationship with notice. Customers with an active connector are given a reasonable transition period.
