Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of the DialSplice service by the subscribing organization and the people it authorizes. An order form or quote signed by both parties forms part of this agreement.
What the service is
DialSplice is a middleware layer that splices your telephony provider, CRM, and system of record into one agent workspace. It is not a phone system, does not originate calls, and does not replace any system you connect to it.
Accounts, roles, and scope
Your administrators assign roles and location scope. You are responsible for keeping those assignments accurate and for the actions taken under the credentials you issue.
Your data and your systems
You retain ownership of your data and of the data in your connected systems. DialSplice stores work items, scope, timestamps, dispositions, event hashes, and operational telemetry, and reads identity from your systems under your scopes.
Acceptable use
Use of the service is subject to the Fair Usage Policy. You will not use DialSplice to contact people without a lawful basis, to circumvent consent or quiet-hours policy, or to emulate automated dialing.
Fees and billing
The platform fee is billed per organization for the term stated on your order. The onboarding engagement is billed once. Ongoing maintenance is included; a major connector change or a new integration is quoted separately before work starts.
Term and termination
The agreement runs for the term on your order and renews unless either party gives notice as stated there. On termination we return or delete the data we hold for you, as described in the Privacy Policy and any BAA.
Warranties and liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care and as described in our documentation. To the extent permitted by law, each party's liability is limited as set out in the order form.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for new versions of the service; material changes are notified to your administrators in advance. Questions go through the contact page.
