Refund Policy

The platform fee is billed for the term on your order. Partial periods are not refunded; you may stop renewal with the notice stated in your agreement.

The onboarding fee is refundable in full before discovery begins and is not refundable once the custom build has started, because the work is specific to your stack.

A separately quoted connector or integration follows the terms in its quote.

Billing errors on our side are corrected and refunded in full.

Raise a refund request through the contact page; include the invoice reference. We respond in writing.
