Exporting the call log
The call log lists each call with its outcome and sync state. Export it to CSV with no message bodies and no recordings.
The call log is the manager desk’s record of every call for your location: when it happened, which direction, which agent, what the outcome was, and whether the outcome has synced to your CRM and system of record. You can export it to CSV. The export contains the same columns and nothing more: no message content, no recordings, no transcripts.
What you’ll see
The Call log card has six columns: Time, Direction, Location, Agent, Outcome, Sync.
- Direction is Outbound, Inbound, or Transfer.
- Outcome is the disposition or provider result, for example Booked, Answered, No answer, Voicemail, Missed, Callback set, Wrong number, or Transferred.
- Sync is a chip: Synced (green), Pending (waiting on the CRM or EHR write), or Reconciling (an ambiguous provider outcome is being resolved).
Rows are paged. The footer shows “Page 1” with previous and next controls.
Steps
- Open the manager desk and scroll to the Call log card.
- Set the date range and any filters you need. The log is scoped to your location automatically.
- Click Export CSV · no content in the card header.
- Save the file. The export is written to the ledger as an event with your name and the row count.
What the CSV contains
- One row per call, matching the table.
- Times in the location’s local time zone.
- Agent names as displayed in DialSplice.
- No phone numbers, no contact names beyond what your role scope allows, no message bodies, no recordings.
Use the file for coaching, staffing, or to hand to a compliance reviewer. For content such as recordings, go to your telephony provider; DialSplice never holds them.
If something looks wrong
- Rows show Pending for a long time. The write to your CRM or EHR has not completed. Check connector status.
- A Reconciling row does not resolve. Open Release holds and confirm the outcome in your provider.
- A call is missing. Calls placed outside DialSplice, without click-to-call, are not in the log. Ask agents to start every call from the work item.
